Quiet and great hotel, our stay was really really nice.

The room we booked was new-fashioned and exceptional with the shower, decent breakfast plus TV as advertised. The location close to restaurants was good and ideal. Plus, it was really close to the post office.

We were there for 1 day, everything was great, appreciated its great and absolutely perfect location next to the post office, restaurants, and the grounds. The idea to include a microwave oven and a fridge in the a double room was nice.

This was just an optimal selection for a weekend vacation in Gainesville with attractive and competitive value for money. The breakfast buffet had a lot of variety, including fresh hot items, made for a nice start to the day. Try to request a room away from the interstate to avoid traffic noise.

We loved the freshly renovated room, and the free breakfast with delicious waffles was a nice touch! The outdoor pool was perfect. Just a heads up, the checkout timing felt a bit rushed when the housekeeper opened the door before we were ready 🌊

Conveniently located near the interstate, the Double Room with Two Double Beds was comfortable with clean linens, although a strong deodorizer scent lingered initially. Breakfast offered excellent waffles, but lacked variety, with only one hot option. Limited seating for breakfast was an inconvenience, and the shower water was lukewarm. Despite these minor issues, the staff was friendly, and the stay provided good value.

The room was a double with two double beds and had all the good stuff like a microwave, refrigerator, and TV. The air conditioning worked great and kept it nice and cool. The breakfast included packaged sandwiches and cereal. A waffle station. It felt clean and cozy. Really enjoyed the outdoor pool and fitness center too!

Unfortunately, the room felt damp and had a lingering smell of smoke despite being labeled non-smoking. The TV didn't work, and the bathroom featured peeling paint in the tub, raising concerns about maintenance standards. The breakfast hours were limited from 6-9 AM, difficult for anyone wanting a leisurely morning meal. The overall atmosphere felt dated and in need of improvement.

Spent a night here and was really pleased! The room was fresh and smelled nice. They let me check it out before I booked. The clerk even came up to fix my TV remote super fast.
